RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Medtown Pharma, we prioritize your health and safety. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, our policy is designed to ensure the integrity of medications while protecting our customers.

⚠️ MANDATORY: UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED
To qualify for a return or exchange of Damaged, Leaked, or Missing items, a clear and unedited unboxing video is strictly required. Claims without a valid video will be rejected.

The video must be a single, continuous shot without any cuts or edits.

It must start by showing the unopened package and the shipping label clearly.

The unboxing and discovery of the issue must be clearly visible in the footage.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Physical Damage: Leakage or breakage of the product container.

Defective Product: Manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Wrong Fulfillment: The item received is different from the order or prescription.

Near Expiry: The product has less than 3 months of shelf life remaining.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.

Cold-Chain Items: Medications requiring refrigeration, such as Insulins or Vaccines.

Hygiene Products: Masks, gloves, supports, and personal wellness items.

Items returned without the original invoice and complete outer packaging

3. Return & Inspection Process
Request: Contact us at Support@sahimed.com or WhatsApp +91 4949 9898.

Evidence: Provide your Order ID, clear photos, and the Mandatory Unboxing Video.

Validation: Our pharmacists will verify the claim within 48 business hours.

Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup for approved claims.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once the product is inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Method: Credits are issued to the original payment mode. For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will require bank details for a direct transfer.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
