Prescription Orders: Once you upload your prescription, our registered pharmacists will verify it. Verification typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours. Once verified, the order is processed.

General Orders: Non-prescription items are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your healthcare essentials to you promptly:

Bengaluru & Major Metros: 1–3 business days.

Other Cities & Regions: 3–5 business days.

Remote Locations: 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on order value and delivery location.
